Tournament Entry Fee

The tournament entry fee is $350. Payment may be made by check or credit card using the link provided in the acceptance email after a player has been selected for the field.

*Important Note: The Kathy Whitworth Invitational Selection Committee strongly encourages the submission of a golf resume with an application. 

Selection Process

The 2027 Kathy Whitworth Invitational field will consist of 72 players. The top 62 players will be selected based on their Overall Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS) ranking as of the end of the 2026 calendar year. The remaining positions will be filled by invitation of the KWI Junior Girls Golf Championship Committee.

Not sure of your JGS ranking? Click here to look it up. Don’t worry — once the application process closes on Dec. 31, 2026, our committee will carefully review each applicant and confirm all rankings. Please note: if you apply in September, your ranking may shift by the end of the year.

Final field selections will be announced via email in mid-January 2027.
