To be considered, submit an application by 11:59 pm CST on December 31. You may withdraw your application any time before applications close.

To withdraw after accepting an invitation to play (and before 12:00 pm CST on Friday, March 6), email info@kathywhitworthinvitational.com with the subject line: WITHDRAW: First Name Last Name

To withdraw after 12:00 pm CST on Friday, March 6, please withdraw in person at The Lakes at Castle Hills Golf Shop, or by calling the phone number provided in the acceptance packet.

Please review the Kathy Whitworth Invitational Refund Policy prior to withdrawing from the event.

If you or someone you are traveling with experiences last-minute illness and/or COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days prior to the practice round, please contact info@kathywhitworthinvitational.com
Refund Policy
Proceeds from the Kathy Whitworth Invitational benefit the Kathy Whitworth Foundation, who supports a variety of local youth charities. Please reference the refund policy chart below.
