Withdrawal Policy

  • To be considered for the Kathy Whitworth Invitational, submit an application by 11:59 pm CST on December 31; this is also the application withdrawal deadline.
  • To withdraw after the invitation to play has been accepted, and before 12:00 pm CST on Friday, March 8, send an email to info@kathywhitworthinvitational.com  with the following subject line: WITHDRAW: First Name Last Name
  • To withdraw after 12:00 pm CST on Friday, March 7, please do so in person at the The Lakes at Castle Hills Golf Shop, or by calling the phone number provided in the acceptance packet.
  • Please review the Kathy Whitworth Invitational Refund Policy prior to withdrawing from the event.
  • If you or someone you are traveling with experiences last minute illness, and/or COVID-19 symptoms inside of 14 days prior to the Kathy Whitworth Invitational practice round, please reach out to info@kathywhitworthinvitational.com.

Refund Policy

Proceeds from the Kathy Whitworth Invitational benefit the Kathy Whitworth Foundation, who supports a variety of local youth charities. Please reference the refund policy chart below.
