Withdrawal Policy

  • To be considered, submit an application by 11:59 pm CST on December 31. You may withdraw your application any time before applications close.

  • To withdraw after accepting an invitation to play (and before 12:00 pm CST on Friday, March 6), email info@kathywhitworthinvitational.com with the subject line: WITHDRAW: First Name Last Name

  • To withdraw after 12:00 pm CST on Friday, March 6, please withdraw in person at The Lakes at Castle Hills Golf Shop, or by calling the phone number provided in the acceptance packet.

  • Please review the Kathy Whitworth Invitational Refund Policy prior to withdrawing from the event.

  • If you or someone you are traveling with experiences last-minute illness and/or COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days prior to the practice round, please contact info@kathywhitworthinvitational.com

Refund Policy

Proceeds from the Kathy Whitworth Invitational benefit the Kathy Whitworth Foundation, who supports a variety of local youth charities. Please reference the refund policy chart below.
